Please check the following procedures:


Your firewall needs to let TCP/ UDP 443/80/3389 ports opened for ingoing and outgoing traffic.

Or any other ports that you may have changed.

Set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following paths :
C:\Program Files (86)\TSplus 
and 
C:\wsession
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\RDS-Tools

If you have IIS installed, make sure that the posts used by it are not conflicting with the ports used by TSplus.

Make dure that you haven't changed the default application running .bat files.

If you are unsure about this specific point, check with this line with the Registry Editor : 

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.bat 

Run this command line from CMD :

net.exe start SVCW

This command should start the SVCW service, which is required for the WEB Server to start.
