The shortcuts and files uploaded to the Desktop of the Public account are not found on the Desktop of connected users.


Users need to access through an application for import an export task. 

They have no desktop environment except the desktop and the document folders.

What you might be trying to do doesn't appear in C:\Users\%user%\Desktop


The "default" account is an integrated local account. It is created and managed by the system, and is a member of the group of accounts managed by the system. By default, it is disabled and does not appear on the Authentification screen.


The Template Account is 'Public', in which you can deploy files, shortcuts (in the Desktop directory, in Documents...).

In your case, to deploy shortcuts or files on the Desktop of all users, you will have to use the path %public%\Desktop.


By default, all the shortcuts and files contained on the Public user's Desktop are found on other users' desktops.


1. In TSplus Advanced Security, if you enable SECURE DESKTOPS feature in 'Windows Mode', shortcuts from Public Desktop are visible on user's Desktop.


2. In TSplus Advanced Security, if you enable the SECURE DESKTOPS feature with 'Secured Windows Mode', the shortcuts from Public Desktop are not visible on the user's Desktop.


3. In TSplus Advanced Security, if the SECURE DESKTOPS feature is enabled in the 'Kiosk Mode', shortcuts from Public Desktop are not visible on the user's Desktop.
