Unfortunately this can happen, after a Windows update or after the installation of a third party software.
To find the login username:
- reboot the server in DOS command line,
- run "cd c:\users".
This will show the list of users, thus showing the user login that you need.
Reboot again to open a session with the profile.
In TSplus, make sure that this option is enabled:
