Your anti-virus or network security software is messing with a component of TSplus.
This can affect either the RTaskbar or the iTaskbar.
To solve the issue, follow this process:
- update TSplus to the latest version with this TSplus Updater executable
- reboot the server
- set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession
- on client side set an exclusion on the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
