Your anti-virus or network security software is messing with a component of TSplus

This can affect either the RTaskbar or the iTaskbar.

To solve the issue, follow this process:

  1. update TSplus to the latest version with this TSplus Updater executable

  2. reboot the server

  3. set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession

  4. on client side set an exclusion on the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
