One way to verify that the document merging functionality for printed documents from an HTML5 session is indeed enabled is to check the user's printing preferences.
The Print Opened Document Profile printing profile should be selected by default, and the Select Profile dialog box should be configured not to appear.
It is also necessary to verify that the merge options are properly enabled for this printing profile.

Important:
- Administrators will always have the choice to select a profile of their choice. this feature is enabled automatically for standard users.
- This behavior does not work for UWP applications such as Notepad (See https://docs.terminalserviceplus.com/tsplus/universal-printer#understanding-the-default-profiles). Please test the feature using Wordpad or your own business application.
