Problem: 

 

HTML5 connection works, but if RemoteApp is selected, the connection won’t work, and it will disconnect. 

 

Error message: 
 

RemoteApp Disconnected 

This computer can’t connect to the remote computer. 

Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator.

Cause: 

The remote PC (workstation, not the server) registry is missing CredSSP Parameters 

 

Solution: 

add CredSSP > Parameter to the PC registry
