This is a very common issue : 

the servers don't have the same date & time, time format and time zone than the Server Genius server.

You need to make sure that all of your servers added to your Server Genius have:

  • the same date & time
  • the same time format 
  • the same the time zone

of your than your Server Genius server.

You also need to make sure that your firewall allows traffic on port 7777.

If you did, then please reproduce your issue and open a ticket to support with the following logs :

- Server Genius Logs : C:\Program Files (x86)\RDS-Tools\ServerGenius\logs

- Server Genius Agent Logs : C:\Program Files (x86)\RDS-Tools\ServerGenius Agent\logs
