Only the Support Team can change the invoice's information:


  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • License Owner Custom Name

  • Address
  • Postcode / Postal / Zip Code
  • City
  • Region / State
  • Country
  • Ownership of the invoice


To request some modifications to your invoice, please open a ticket to the Support Team and explain what needs to be changed.


You can check your invoice by using the address : https://sites.fastspring.com/tsplus/order/invoice/JWTXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX

You will have to replace the 'X's by the proper numbers of your invoice. 


All invoices purchased from our store at 'https://www.terminalserviceplus.com/store.php ' will start with 'JWT'.
