We ended generating ".exe" connection clients because the generated ".exe" clients were not signed and as such, detected by anti-viruses as false/positive threats.

 

Instead we now create ".connect" - flat - files.

Anti-virus programs are happy with it and they don't create issues anymore!

 

The current solution for now is simple:

You just have to run on your user's PC our signed connection client setup, available here : https://dl-files.com/Setup-ConnectionClient.exe

 

You will then see that your ".connect" file will work perfectly, the same way the ".exe" files where working before.
